Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to almost every country in the world. Because of international sanctions we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba.
How long it takes
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your country. Remote areas can take longer.
- Christmas: order by 1 December for delivery before Christmas to most countries. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as parcels are handled by postal services and customs.
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of them in China. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs
- Tracked standard shipping: a small flat fee (about $8, shown in your currency at checkout) on orders under $50.
- Free tracked shipping on orders of $50 or more (or the equivalent in your currency).
You'll see the exact cost in your currency before you pay.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import VAT, duties or customs handling fees may be charged by your postal service or customs authority on delivery. Unless we state at checkout that they are included, these charges are not part of the price you pay us and are payable by you. If you're unsure, please check your country's rules for low-value imports before ordering.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@velvetvinter.com and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
