Every order ships directly from our supplier with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on where you live. December is the busiest month of the year for parcels, so we recommend ordering early.

Orders placed after these dates are still shipped right away, but we can't promise they arrive in time.
Shipping costs
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $50 (or the same amount in your currency).
- Tracked standard shipping on smaller orders: about $8.50.

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If something looks stuck, write to us through the contact page and we'll look into it.
Several items in one order
Your gifts may arrive in separate parcels on different days. That's normal: each item ships as soon as it's ready.
Customs and taxes
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import VAT or duties when it arrives.
